This actress’ character to have a makeover, post leap in Naamkarann!

And it will be quite a stark change.

Actress Soni Singh, who recently entered as the bubbly bollywood addicted girl Suneheri, in Mahesh Bhatt’ directorial Naamkaran‘ will now see a very stark role reversal.

The Star Plus show will soon see Avni’s (Aditi Rathore) jail mates make an entry into her life.

And Soni’s character Suneheri will see a complete character shift. Reveals Soni, “My character in the show started with funny shades. Initially, I played a fun loving girl who enjoys her life and relates herself to Bollywood celebs. Then my character turned grey for sometime and now, it will soon turn positive.”

Elaborating more on her current character sketch, Soni revealed, “I will now be seen as a helpful and emotional person who is inclined to help other people, in short, I’ll be playing a philanthropist and will be seen putting up with an NGO.”

The new leaf of Soni’s character will also see the actress embrace a new look. “Earlier in Naamkarann, I was seen as one of the prisoners and used to wear a normal uniform regularly. But now I have got to an amazing look to portray. My character Suneheri, will be seen wearing modern and trendy sarees with black metal jewellery. That will for sure set a new fashion trend. I’m just in love with my new look,” said an excited Soni.

Sources also said that her character was earlier supposed to move out of the show, but she was brought aboard again.
