Colors’ popular show Roop – Mard Ka Naya Swaroop featuring Shashank Vyas and Donal Bisht in lead roles is one unique show with a different and fresh storyline. The show deals with patriarchal norms of the society and is loved for its different treatment of characters.
The show started with introducing an eight year old boy Roop who grows up in a family where women are not given equal rights as men. But Roop is different than his father and loves to stay with women of the house and learn household chores like cooking, cleaning and sewing. It’s fresh content is what loved by viewers a lot.
The show has completed its 200 episodes today and Shashank and Donal both took to Instagram to share this milestone with their fans.
