Zee TV’s Satrangi Sasural to go off air

Zee TV’s Satrangi Sasural (24 Frames) begun with a beautiful story revolving around Arushi and her journey of deftly managing the expectations of her seven mothers-in- law.

However, every show comes with an expiry date and we have heard that it’s time for Satrangi Sasural to say good bye to viewers.

After many actors moving out of the project and continued low TRPs, the channel has decided to pull the plug off the daily.

And taking up Satrangi Sasural’s slot would be Sarojini. The show airs currently at the 6:30 pm slot, will now move up to 6 pm. While, the upcoming drama Vishkanya will air at the 6:30 pm slot.

The mentioned change in timings will be effective from 28 March and Satrangi Sasural will air its last episode mostly on 26 March. The shooting for the show will wrap up early next week.

Sonali Sachdev, who plays Narmada in the daily confirmed the developments.

We tired reaching Producer Bhairavi Raichura but she remained unavailable for comment. While the show’s lead Vrushika Mehta, asked us to call later.

The channel spokesperson chose not to comment on the news.
