THIS ‘Bade Acche Lagte Hain’ Actress Roped in Star Plus’ KarnSangini !

Will she boost the falling ratings?

Star Plus’ mythological drama Karn Sangini depicts the lesser known love story of Karna and princess Urvi. The show features Aashim Gulati, Tejasswi Prakash in lead roles. But due to low ratings, the show recently underwent a plot change, and the makers altered the story-line to a great extent.

Earlier, the makers were supposed to bring the Mahabharata angle in the show, but later due to dropping TRPs the makers decided to drop the plot and even main characters like Arjun (Kinshuk Vaidya), Draupadi (Madirakshi Mundle), Bhishma and Pandavas were dropped off.

However, the latest we hear is, the makers have in mind a new refreshing track and have roped in known actress Charu Asopa in a negative role and her entry will bring a lot of drama in the show. Though we don’t have much details about her character yet, but we hear that she has already begun the shooting.

Charu Asopa has earlier been a part of some very popular shows like Bade Acche Lagte Hain, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Mere Angne Mein, Devon Ke Dev.. Mahadev and Diya Aur Baati Hum to name a few, and is currently seen in Star Bharat’s popuar show Jiji Maa. Now, it will be interesting to see what she brings in this show and how her entry will amp up the drama.
